THURSDAY EVENTS

The event begins with a dramatic Parade of Sail on Thursday afternoon, featuring 12 magnificent Tall Ships from the U.S., Canada, Spain and the South Pacific.  The Basil Port of Call Buffalo Tall Ships festival features:

•  The opportunity to board the Tall Ships (with purchase of a Passport ticket)
• A maritime festival featuring music, food and interactive fun for the entire family
• Sailaway excursions aboard Spirit of Buffalo, Appledore IV and Appledore V (limited availability, details here: https://pocb.studiocenter.com/ships/excursion-ships

• 2:00pm - 5:00 (estimated) Parade of Sail
• 8:00 pm (estimated) Opening ceremonies on the Canalside stage, Captains welcome
• All day:  Canalside 4th of July celebration, climaxing with an exciting fireworks display
